Repeat step 2 and 3 for 10 times.  Try to do this exercise 3 times a day.

Lumber Rotation:

  1. Lie on your back with your both knees bent.
  2. Roll your Knees towards right side (Hold 30 sec)
  3. Roll your Knees towards left side (Hold 30 Sec)

Repeat step 2 and 3 for 3 times.  Try to do this exercise 3 times a day.

Foam Rolling

  1. Lie on your back with foam roller under your lower back with your both knees bent.  Cross your arm across your chest.
  2. Using body movement, glide yourself back and forth.

Perform this exercise with 15-30 seconds and gradually do it for 1-to-2 minutes.  Try to do this exercise 3 times a day.

Back Pain Prevention

  • Avoid improper posture while sitting or standing.
